We have two sets of DB (dumbbells) up to 50kg, lots of cardio equipment and many weight machines to ensure total mind and Body transformation is achieved.

Superb Gym

Loved my introduction session today with Sian. Belonged to a few gyms over the years but Sian's input was supurb in comparison. Excited to get a new routine and back into exercise.
